Are the purses used exclusively for golf?

While our golfing customers love our purses, women have been using them for every day, travel, soccer, gym, office and other pursuits.  Women who love to be organized have been using them for many different activities.  Read about how Rachael uses the bag for travel…and about another one of our customers, Jenn,  who uses the Signature bag for golf, work, business and Mom-duties.

Is the Signature Bag a cooler?

The signature bag has an insulated water bottle pocket but the overall purse is not a cooler.

How do you clean the purses?

The purse should be cleaned with plain water and a paper towel or cloth.  The inside of both purses is attached at the bottom with a strip of velcro and can be easily pulled out to shake off dirt and crumbs and be wiped clean.  We have heard about purses falling in mud puddles or having gelato spilled on them.  Our customers have been delighted to find they look as good as new after being wiped clean with a damp cloth or wet wipe.  If you are golfing in the rain and get water spots on the nylon, just wipe with a damp cloth and they disappear.

Are the purses sold at retail?

How do I change or configure the Birdies’ wristlet strap?

The Birdie’s wristlet and cross body/shoulder straps are easy to change.  Just press the clips to release or attach the strap.  We have created an informational diagram for the Birdie Purse to explain the various options for the wrist.   The diagram can be found on this page.
